On the very first day of 2026, I found myself celebrating the new year in a new place, Ponte Vedra, FL, honing my passion with someone who has been by my side since the beginning of my ballroom dance journey. That journey started in December 2020 after an intense Multiple Sclerosis (MS) relapse. Once I entered remission, ballroom became a lifeline, impacting my life in lasting and positive ways. It has not been an easy path, but it’s been one worth “following,” even to another state! Sometimes you need someone to help “lead” you through moments that require resilience and remind you that you’ve got this; the kind of thoughtful leadership that builds confidence, keeps you grounded, and challenges you to grow. For me, that’s been David. David, or Dave, is the new co-owner at PVB, alongside Annie. A huge congratulations to them both! You will be in excellent hands here, literally. They are patient, kind, and genuinely make dancing fun. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself laughing during your lessons. They are skilled instructors for both newcomers and advanced dancers alike, whether you come as a couple or on your own, as I do. They are thoughtful about balancing warmth and professionalism, and their devotion to ballroom dance shapes every part of the experience. That sense of care carries into the feel of the studio itself. What I find special about this particular studio is how bright it is while still feeling cozy and welcoming. There is something about feeling at home in a place that can awaken and inspire you, and this studio has that “it” factor. While the furnishings may continue to evolve as they get settled in, the atmosphere will always be one that you can truly thrive in. So, if you’ve been debating about ballroom dancing and waiting for your sign, here it is. Whether you are just starting out, returning after time away, sparked by Dancing with the Stars, looking to meet new people, have a competitive streak to explore, or are considering dance for health reasons like I did (originally!), this studio can redefine what is possible. Beautiful facility add wonderful instructors!

Best dance studio in region. We have been to several dance studios over the years and the instructors, Heiko and Sergio, are the best! In addition, they have regular dance parties and special occasion events that are fun to attend and even bring guests. Recently, they hosted a Second Chance Wedding Dance and the studio was filled full of dancers and guests. They also offer a free introductory lesson!

Excellent instructor and fun for children. Teaching a different perspective of dance that shows more structure and discipline .

I’ve been taking my 91 year old aunt to this studio since November and she is loving her time with Heiko. She danced for many years when she was younger, and after over 20 years it was like she had never stopped dancing when she got on the dance floor at the PVB Arthur Murray studio. My husband and I have also had some lessons and it is so much fun! Plus it’s a great workout. I’d strongly recommend taking lessons at this location.

My husband and I have had the great fortune of having Annie and her husband David as our dance instructors. We have wanted to take dance lessons for over 5 years, but hadn’t done so until we met Annie and David. They are superb dancers and excellent teachers. They are incredibly encouraging and have been able to teach us to feel confident in our ability to dance and we LOVE IT!! We have been taking private lessons and are amazed at how much we have learned. The studio is beautiful and impeccably maintained. They also host a number of events for us to attend to hone our skills. We strongly recommend this dance studio to anyone who is considering dancing. This is our new favorite hobby. The instructors at Arthur Murray Dance Center at Ponte Vedra are absolutely phenomenal! Their patience and support are unmatched, making learning to dance an incredibly enjoyable experience! Highly recommend!

Instructors are great — very welcoming & able to teach the right way so that you not only learn the steps, but learn to dance.

I work an office 9-5 and spend a lot of time in spreadsheets. Dance is my creative outlet to balance out the rest of my day. I dance because it’s fun. It also offers opportunities to pursue personal goals, achieve a sense of accomplishment and growth, and build confidence. Dave and Annie keep it fun while making sure you learn something along the way! I had the pleasure of dancing with Dave for almost 5yrs. He offers a balance of technical skill development and fun. He’s engaging, thoughtful, empathetic, and encouraging. He meets you where you are while inspiring you to pursue a better version of your dancing. I can confidently say he’s made me a better dancer. I have participated in various in-studio and out-of-studio events over the years. The dancing is always a great time, but events are especially enjoyable because Dave makes the effort and takes the time to be extra attentive and focused. He is invested in his students’ growth, cares about them, and wants them to have a good experience. The studio itself is open and bright, and the dance community is exceptionally warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Dave and Annie at AM PVB, whether it’s your first lesson or you’re a regular on the competition floor!

We signed up for 6 lessons as total beginners and are having a great time so far! Sergei is our instructor and is super nice. The private couples lesson is great and we just tried our first group class which was fun to meet other students. Would definitely recommend for any skill level people who enjoy dance!

I was greeted with all smiles. My instructor is Sergei and his assistant is Erin they make me feel relaxed and confident that I will be able to accomplish my dancing goals. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to start dancing or become a better dancer. Thanks, Mike

Excellent dance courses! My wife and I are getting ready for some salsa in Miami and never thought learning that type of dance would be so enjoyable and so easy!

My daughter just joined a class for kids. So far we loving it! Great teachers ,amazing vibe and new friends. Can’t ask for better 🙂
