Join us every Thursday at 7:30pm for our dedicated Technique Class, designed to help dancers refine their movement, strengthen fundamentals, and elevate their overall quality of dancing. This class is for students working in their Bronze program and above. You must be an Arthur Murray member to attend these classes. In Technique class, the content rotates through three focused styles — Rhythm, Latin, and Smooth.
Rhythm Technique covers Swing, Hustle, West Coast Swing, and Lindy Hop.
Latin Technique covers Cha Cha, Rumba, Mambo, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, and Samba.
Smooth Technique covers Waltz, Tango and Foxtrot.
In Technique Class, dancers work on body mechanics, footwork, timing, posture, partnering skills, and the technical elements that create polished, confident dancing. Whether you’re newer to dance or advancing through the medal levels, this class helps you build the skills that support every step you take on the dance floor.
