This dancing institution is a pyramid scheme. The studio in Winter Park refused to allow me to cancel because I’m a few days outside my 30 day cancellation period even though I am a returning client. The fact that they would want people attending dance classes who clearly do not want to be there, is just bad business. The only thing this company has shown me is that they are more interested in making money than customer satisfaction. This is disappointing that they don’t make a few days exception for even returning clients. This really put a bad taste in my mouth for this company. Please let me know if you can assist in providing me with a refund.
I never thought that at 78 years old I would be “dancing with the stars.” That is what I call the wonderful instructors at Arthur Murray Studios in Coral Gables. Ballroom dancing has changed my life in ways I didn’t think would be possible. After my husband passed away I just sat on my recliner, watched TV and ate. My daughter-in-law introduced me to AMS and my life has changed in every positive way. I am happy again, healthy with an optimistic outlook on life. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the 2021 Superama experience was. Arthur Murray International really pulled out all the stops! The decor, the live music, the fun activities as well as inspiring competition at all levels. It can’t go without saying it was joyful to see everyone there in person after 2 years.
